To keep your items safe and ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend you have your order(s) shipped to a secure location, where you or someone you know will be present to receive the parcel. If it’s been more than 24 hours since your tracking information was updated to “received and delivered” status and you have not received your parcel, please contact us.
At that time, we will proceed with filing a claim investigation with the carrier. It generally will take approx. 8 business days to receive a resolution.
