Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we know how important it is for your order to arrive safely. While delivery issues don’t happen often, sometimes unexpected delays can occur.
To help make things as smooth as possible, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone you trust will be available to receive your parcel.
If your tracking shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please report within 24 hours. We aim to respond to enquiries within two working days. We’ll work with the courier to investigate, and this usually takes about 6 working days to resolve.
