Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, prior to shipping. Note that orders placed after 1pm on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
Please allow an additional 2 working days if you have requested your watch to be altered prior to despatch.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DX tracking code so that you can track the delivery progress.
If you encounter any issues regarding your delivery, this must be reported within 48 hours of your estimated delivery date.
